Find an mpox vaccination site

Mpox is caused by an infection with the mpox virus. The mpox vaccine can give good protection against mpox.

Who can get an mpox vaccination at a vaccination site

You may be able to get the mpox vaccination if you're a man who has sex with men and you have multiple partners, participate in group sex or attend sex-on-premises venues. Staff at sex-on-premises venues may also be eligible for an mpox vaccination.

If you've had contact with someone who has mpox, the mpox contact tracing team should contact you. They will check your risk of catching mpox and tell you if you need an mpox vaccine.

Find out more about mpox, including information about the vaccine

How it works

This service will find mpox vaccination sites. If you're eligible, contact a vaccination site to book an appointment. You do not need to be registered with a GP.

You need an appointment to get vaccinated at an mpox vaccination site. Walk-ins are not available.
